Our July started out with some much-needed water fun down at Elephant Butte Lake! Rylie was a total trooper, yet again, for the long ride there from Phoenix (about 7.5 hours total!) I was definitely ready for some cool water and lounging time. The fireworks for the Fourth were a nice plus to our overnight stay! Rylie still isn't sure what she thinks about fireworks... lol. But she had a blast playing in the sand and getting in the water!
We had a nice time visiting with friends in Las Cruces and El Paso (and sorry to those we didn't get to see, it was a short trip!) But we should be seeing a lot more of you guys pretty soon! We had a very nice holiday hanging out with friends, swimming, eating and watching more fireworks.
This past week we got to visit with our wonderful cousins in town from China! Yes, we only get to see them maybe twice a year, and every time they are like two feet bigger than the last time. Stop growing so fast!! But we had so much fun hanging out, they are the best kid entertainers! We love you guys!
And last but not least, Chris is an official Railroad Engineer - congrats again honey, we are so very proud of you! Next step, getting our little family in one place again, settled as we can be in the railroad world! :) And because I can't resist, here is a sneak peek of my maternity photography session with a great friend of mine (thanks again Steph!! https://www.facebook.com/Stephaniegphotographylc) Can't wait to see more! My belly at 27 weeks:
